Shikhar Dhawan top-scored with 45 off 42 as Delhi Capitals defeat Mumbai Indians by 6 wickets at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. In pursuit of a 138-run target, DC lost Prithvi Shaw to Jayant Yadav early. But Dhawan stood strong at one end and stitched a couple of crucial partnerships with Steve Smith (53-run stand for 2nd wicket) and Lalit Yadav (36-run stand for 3rd wicket) before falling prey to Rahul Chahar. Lalit Yadav (22) and Shimron Hetmyer (14) held their nerves to take DC home in 19.1 overs. Earlier, leg spinner Amit Mishra grabbed a four-wicket haul as defending Mumbai Indians were restricted to 137 for 9 after opting to bat first.

Delhi Capitals defeat Mumbai Indians by 6 wickets. With five required off the last over, Hetmyer slammed a boundary off the first ball and then, a no-ball from Kieron Pollard did the job for Pant's team. Terrific win!
